Veggie six-packs are a great way to jump start your garden. Each pack has multiple varieties of the same plant category. One advantage of having a variety is that they mature at different rates, so you can stagger your harvest!
BROCCOLI - 2 each of three varieties
CABBAGE - 1 Famosa/Savoy, 1 Tendersweet, 2 Red, 2 Green
KALE - 2 Red, 2 Green, 2 Toscano
BRASSICA w/ BOK - 1 Collard, 1 Red Kale, 2 Green kale, 2 Bok Choy
BRASSICA w/ NAPA - 1 Collard, 1 Red Kale, 2 Green kale, 2 Napa
ALLIUM - 2 red onion, 2 yellow onion, 2 fennel
LETTUCE - 2 butterhead, 2 leaf lettuces, 2 romaines
CUCUMBER - 2 standard slicers and 1 Asian variety
